At Glamour Shears, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in encuring our wigs to meet highest standards. Please read our refund policy carefully. 

Refunds and Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any use or worn items.

Eligible Refunds/Exchange

1. Wrong Item Recieved: If you recieved the wrong order, contact us within 2 days of delivery and photo evidence.

2. Unopened or Unworn Items: Eligible for a refund within 24 hours of delivery. Wig must be in its original packaging, wig has not been worn, cut, dyed, washed, or altered in any way, the lace is till intact. 
3. Free Shipping Returns. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing time. 

4. Once your order is placed you have that same day to cancel the order.
