Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with carrier USPS. A claim MUST be filed within 60 days of the mailing date for lost items and IMMEDIATELY for damaged items, but also within 60 days of the mailing date. 

If a package does happend to get lost a claim MUST be filed with the shipping carrier. They will be responsible for refunding up to $100 and Glamour Shears will refund the remaining if item cost was over $100. 

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days, and 1-5 shipping time.
